SRT-25 Horizontal Wrap-Around Label Applicator

Horizontal wrap-around label applicators are used for small cylindrical products that are difficult to label in an upright position due to their size or shape. The products are placed horizontally on the conveyor and move through the labeling section while rotating, so the label wraps around the product surface with stable positioning. The horizontal labeling method is commonly used for oral liquid bottles, aerosol cans, pen barrels, lipstick tubes and other slim cylindrical containers.

Features

The products that need labeling are conveyed horizontally on a chain plate, roller or belt system, depending on the configuration of the labeler.

One or two labeling heads can be fitted for full-wrap, partial-wrap, two-side or fixed-position labeling.

Servo control and photoelectric sensors track each product as it enters the labeling area for accurate label placement.

Flexible rollers press the label evenly against the product surface, reducing bubbles and preventing the edges from lifting.

Their star wheel holds each product in place at three contact points to keep it steady and correctly positioned during labeling.

Compatible with self-adhesive labels, electronic supervision codes, barcodes and transparent film labels.

Optional modules include date, batch number and QR code printing, vision positioning for irregular products or high-accuracy applications, and a heat-shrink unit on selected models.
