SRT-30 Corner Wrap Printer Applicator
Corner wrap printer applicators print and apply one label across two adjoining sides of a carton or box. Variable information such as barcodes, QR codes, production dates, batch numbers and serial numbers is printed as each product reaches the labeling station. The label is separated from its backing, placed on the first panel and folded around the corner onto the adjacent side. Besides keeping the information visible from more than one direction, the label can serve as a tamper-evident seal when used with the appropriate label material.

Features
- Variable data such as barcodes, QR codes, production dates, batch numbers and serial numbers can be printed immediately before labeling.
- Thermal transfer overprinters (TTO) or inkjet systems can be added to corner wrap applicators to print variable information in real time.
- Once printed, the label is peeled from the backing and positioned by the servo-controlled applicator.
- Part of the label is placed on the main panel, while the remaining section is folded and pressed onto the side panel.
- Equipped with photoelectric or vision sensors to check that the package is in position before the printing and labeling cycle begins.
- Special rollers or a pneumatic pad press the label closely around the corner to prevent wrinkles and loose edges.
- With the appropriate label material, corner labels can also serve as a tamper-evident seal across the package opening.
