SRT-15 Front and Back Label Applicator

Front and back label applicators apply two self-adhesive labels to opposite sides of bottles, containers and packages in one pass. The two labeling units work together with product positioning and sensor control to keep both labels accurately placed during operation. They are suitable for flat, oval and round containers that need to have labels on two sides, including bottles, cartons, cans, etc.

Features
  • Two independent labeling units apply labels to both sides of the product at the same time, with separate mechanisms for label feeding, separation and application.
  • PLC or servo motor control keeps both labeling heads working together to maintain accurate front-and-back label placement, with timing error within 0.1 seconds.
  • Photoelectric sensors detect the product position during labeling, and vision systems are available for containers with special shapes.
  • The distance between the two labeling heads can be adjusted from 30–200 mm to accommodate products with different widths.
  • After labeling, flexible rollers or pneumatic rollers press the labels onto the product surface to keep them smooth and reduce air bubbles.
  • The touchscreen interface allows operators to set parameters and save multiple product settings for quick changeover.
  • Suitable for flat bottles, square bottles, positioned round bottles, cartons and metal cans.
  • Compatible with self-adhesive labels, clear film labels and aluminum foil labels.
