Household Chemicals

Household Chemicals

Household products often come in large detergent bottles, handled containers and bottles with wide curves or narrow waists. Since the packaging varies so much in shape, labels must remain easy to read while providing enough space for branding, directions and safety information. Shrink sleeves wrap around curved or irregular containers and follow their shape more closely, while flat or square bottles can carry separate self-adhesive labels on the front and back panels.

Common Household Chemical Containers
  • Detergent and fabric softener bottles
  • Dishwashing liquid and surface-cleaner bottles
  • Trigger-spray bottles and handled containers
  • Flat, square and irregularly shaped containers
Labeling Options for Household Chemical Packaging
  • Full-body shrink sleeves for curved, handled and irregular containers
  • Front-and-back self-adhesive labels for flat or square bottles
  • Tamper-evident bands for caps, pumps and container openings
  • Labels that display directions for use, safety warnings and product information
Labeling Equipment for Household Products

Our SRL-350 sleeve label applicators can handle curved and irregular household containers, as well as tamper-evident bands for caps and openings. Tool-free adjustments make frequent format changes easier, while separate single-zone steam shrink tunnels complete the shrinking process around the containers. For flat and square bottles, front and back label applicators place two self-adhesive labels in one pass and keep both sides properly aligned.
